Does anybody cook here? I made some ghee last night and when I woke up this morning, it was solid. What does this mean? Did I make it wrong? Do I need to boil it again and get more of the solids out? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi! Seattlite,

because of the coldish environment, ghee turns into solid. so no need to worry about it! u havent done anything wrong buddy! use it as u like, for liquid, you'll need to boil it. but, it would turn out into solid again after some time!

okay thanks. I thought I had really messed it up and butter is expensive here in the U.S. So I was a bit disapointed, but it's okay now.
