Aaj shikata hu...........Very easy to cook, Ande ka funda curry...
Recipe name: Ande ka Funda Curry
1. Eggs ko pani mein ubalo for about 20-25 min....I will share an interesting point with u guys...Mere ek dost ne mujhe shikhaya yeh technique...How will u know that the egg has been boiled...Boiled egg lo aur usse ghumao...Then just tap it with your fingers..If it keeps rotating beacoz of inertia matlab gadbad hain and u sud ubalo the eggs for some extra time...
2. After eggs ho gaya boil...Slightly fry them in oil, until the outer surface turns light brown.
3. As usual onions kato..Desi log onions k begair kaise zinda rahege.
3. Cumin seeds dalo oil mein..Talo for 2 min...Then add the onions and fry until dark brown...Put ginger garlic paste as well..Say 1 spoon.
4. Add haldi powder, dhaniya powder, thodha sa laal mirchi powder.
5. keep stirring until a uniform paste is done.
6. Fir tomato puree dalo..Apun mast student bandha hain..sab packaged use karta hain..Aunties can take the pride of using cut tomatoes.
Please remember this curry is tomato base..Hence, add sufficient amount to add that tangy tomato flavour to it.
7. Add garam masala and salt swaad anusaar.
8. stir well and cook well.
9. add water and let the whole curry ubalo until u feel it has a sense of uniformity throughout.
10. Mast ande ka funda curry is ready..
11. Toppings k liye one twirl of yoghurt daal do upar se.
