Lack of sleep leads to fatigue, obesity, high blood pressure, heart diseases, shortened life span, supressed immune systems and depression.

Follow these tips to a great night Sleep:

1. Go to Bed and get up at the same time every day - even on weekends. You will help regulate your bodies Internal Clock.

2. Establish a relaxing bed time routine.

3. Skip Stimulants like caffine or nicotine from late afternoon and Dont use alcohol to induce sleep -as its effect wears off , your brain grows more alert.

4. Squeeze in day time fitness. Most regular exercisers sleep longer and fall asleep faster than non-exercisers.

5. Breath Easier - Lie on ur side, not your back, loose excess weight and stop smoking to improve respiration.
