What do our IDs mean to us?

We all have our identities........and we all have our IDs.

Lets share why we picked our ID?

New York is second largest metropolitan area in the world. It is also financial center of the world. This city welcomes you irrespective of your nationality, race, religion, gender, age, language etc. You can come and easily be a part of New York City culture living and will not feel like a stranger.

I picked up my ID (i.e. NewYorker) as I currently live and work in NY. Also, like New York, I am open to new ideas and treat people equally.

I never wanted to use my real name as my ID. It's not because I want to hide anything. Actually I have been participating in so many different forums at various websites and in most of the places it is NewYorker; just decided to keep that way.

Many people do know my real name and actual e-mail address as we have been sending offline messages every now and then.
