what a fool of me to think
that forever my charming wink
would cause her heart to melt then sink
and of only my loving admiration would she think

but those days are no more
now my charms does she abhor
oh the pain,it feels so raw
and my heart is aching sore

from my love she wants to be free
she says the world she wants to see
so freedom for her did i decree
and straight to anothers arms did she flee

to me she was the perfect catch
but for her cunning was i no match
a devious plan did she hatch
a deep scar in my heart did she etch

i hope one day to return the favour
to see you in agony i would savour
revenge adds such sweet flavour
my chance at sadistic cruelty,would i not waver

Again good work. You seems to have nice attachment with english poetry. It was really nice reading it.

And to add more.. this poems did convey what that poet wanted to convey and got 100% in that...

Ricky I,m on 7TH haevan,thanks alot really,the reason why i"m good in english is sadly it is my only fluent dialect,i have a rudementory understanding of urdu and hindi,and can speak two african dialects(partly)and 'afrikaans'which was a compulsary language to learn in the pre- democracy South Africa.Once again shukrya
