Can someone please translate these lines in english Huh?

Jo sapne dekhe vo ho gaye choor
bharosa hum kare ab kispe hazoor
Apne aap se nafrat aaney lagi hazoor

The dreams that I (we) saw have shattered !

bharosa hum kare ab kispe hazoor
There is no one to trust now !

Apne aap se nafrat aaney lagi hazoor
I have started hating myself !
