Kesee ketaab ka wo phool sookha yaad aaya,
Baat jab bhee chali to bas tera khayal aaya.

main dekhta hoon jab kesee ko yahaa tanha baitha,
wo tera kal phir aane ka wada yaad aaya,

Dil ne jab bhee chaha ke tujhe bhool jaayen,
Wo tera kahna ke " Mujhe bhool jawo" yaad aaya.

Kesee ketaab ka wo phool sookha yaad aaya,
Baat jab bhee chali to bas tera khayal aaya.
