On Mother's Day, A Simple Tribute to My Mother, Who Left Us so Untimely and so Unexpectedly on 27th April 2008..

But I Beleive Her Blessings Are Always With Me...

I know... You Are Watching Me Maa... This is For You Only...

Sunn ri maaye, mujhko koi naya khilona laa de naa,
Chaand Taaron bhara aasmaani bichhona laa de maa…

Kitni hai baatein karne waali, kitni kam mulakaatein,
Khinche Khinche se din hai aur lambi lambi raatein…
Maathe par mere haath dhar de chain mujhe aa jaaye,
Mujhpe apni mamta bhara sapan salona bikhra de maa…

Teri bindiya, teri choodi, aur woh teri hansti aankhein,
Mere mann mein yaad bann kar jaise tu mujhe jhaanke…
Tera aanchal lehra lehra kar mujhe tarsa tarsa jaaye,
Ab toh mujhko apne aanchal ka ek kona pakda de maa…

Kaise ho gayi duur tu mujhse, main har pal ye sochun,
Tu hi keh de, ab tu jo nahin toh apne aansu kaise rokun…
Main bhi tujh takk aana chhahun, mujhko paas bula le,
Kadam se mere, apne kadamon takk rasta batlaa de maa…

Hai mera kusoor yeh, maine tujhko laakh takleefe di hai,
Lekin teri yaad mein meri ab toh aankhein bheegi si hai…
Mujhko maaf kar de maa, ab utth kar galey se laga le,
Aankein kholo, kuch to bolo, chup rehkar yu saza de naa…

(I know, this is Net World. Like my all the other works, this poetry will also be copied by someone somewhere. I can not do anything, if someone steals my true thoughts from me by stealing my work. But Just could request to please mention my name with this... I will take this as your respect for human values and thoughts.. Thanks a Lot..)

Shikha mere paas words nahi hain ki iss shayri ki tareef kar sakun.... Par sach mein bahut hi achha likha hai....

Kaise kahon ki maa ke pyaar ka koi mol nahi
Kaise kahon maa tuj main joh hai woh kisi aur main nahi

Tum hoti ho dil main hamesha ek choti si kiran bankar
Jaise hawa kahe rahi ho maa hoon tumare saath zindagi bankar

Kuch haseen pal saath joh beethe hai woh yaad aaye hai haaqikat bankar
Dur hote hue bhi paas ho tum meri maa jism se judh gaye ho tum saans bankar

Kuch na kahe payo kya ho tum meri maa jaise ek wardan ho meri zindagi ho
Kaise kahon ki maa ke pyaar ka koi mol nahi tum jaise koi aur nahi..

Shikha, I just want to say, that each word is so true...The poem is full of emotions a daughter feels for her mom. I would have said "Bohot khoob" if it was just a poetry..but I know what it means to you and what effect it has left on me.
