 Dur reh kar bhi unse mohabbat karna mujhe acha laga
Woh bataye,aakhir unhe yeh waaqiya kaisa laga?
 
Itne faslay me bhi hain unki qurbat ke mazay
unse milna,unse baate karna  mujhe acha laga
 
Silsilay unki yaado ke phailay hain har taraf
unki chah,unki raah me bhatakna mujhe acha laga
 
Raakh urrne lagi hai mann me jalti bujhti yaado ki
shaam dhalay unki yaado ke deep jalana mujhe acha laga
 
Kaise kahun unke bin dasti hai mujh ko tanhaii
unki ulfat,unki furqat me ratt-jaga karna mujhe acha laga
 
Wo aanch thi hawa me ke kali tak bhi sulag gayi
aise me unka ghatta ban ke barasna mujhe acha laga
 
Faaslay mitt na paaein ge inn dooriun ke kabhi
tasawar me unka yun aa ke dil ko behlana mujhe acha laga
 
Cheen li neend jab aa ke unke khiyaalo ne
unki yaad me raat bhar jaagna  mujhe acha laga...
