Swamiji is talking about the probable sadhak...

A sadhak is not the one who is worried abt reforming the world...because he/she knows that this world can't be changed...the only person you can ever change completely in this world is you yourself...

University distinctions doesn't matter at all.....if the person has no knowledge of how real things work i.e. how do we feel pleasure and pain.....how we fell happiness and misery.....many brilliant people commit suicide falling prey to their unfulfilled desires in the absence of this knowledge.....

A person can go beyond the states of pleasure and pain only by overcoming his petty desires.....that's what he meant by Victory over the local self.....

The youth of divine joy.....anytime the person realizes that all his desires cannot be fulfilled and that this world is full of miseries and that the perfect bliss/eternal bliss is possible only by getting the knowledge of self.....it is the dawn of the youth of divine joy

Salary-Godhead.....The moment a person realizes his true nature which is beyond body, mind and intellect, he is no different from God.....he is as good as the creator of the universe.....

Imp Note: Attaining to the state of self realization is the only purpose of human birth.....but it is not that easy.....especially in the present times, the age of Kali (Kaliyug-the age of machines).....one needs to progress slowly and patiently and it would be great if a boy and a girl, after getting married do their sadhna together for it is very dangerous and risky if someone does his/her sadhan all alone with so many distractions all around...
