Is tarah sitam na dhao mujh par,
Aur bhi tareeke hain mujhko satane ke.

Sirf nazron se karo baar mujh par,
Baz aao Teer-O-Talwar chalane se.

Aur kitni baar mera Imtihan loge,
Ab to sabra bhi amada hai had se gujar jaane se.

Yeh to mana "Betaab" pyar mein har cheez zayaz hai,
Lekin Baz aao mujh par saare nuskhe azmane Se.

इस तरह सितम न ढाओ मुझ पर,
और भी तरीके हैं मुझको सताने के.

सिर्फ नज़रों से करो बार मुझ पर,
बाज़ आओ तीर-ओ-तलवार चलाने से.

और कितनी बार मेरा इम्तिहान लोगे,
अब तो सब्र भी आमादा है हद से गुजर जाने से.

यह तो माना "बेताब" प्यार में हर चीज़ जायज़ है,
लेकिन बाज़ आओ मुझपर सारे नुस्खे आज़माने से.

यह तो माना "बेताब" प्यार में हर चीज़ जायज़ है,
