Is qadar chaha hai tujhey humney,
chahney ki aur kuch humey ab chahat nahin...

Gum rehtey hai is kadar teri yaadon mey,
apni dhadkan ki bhi humko sunti ab aahat nahin...

Dekh key tujhko ek baar dekhtey hi rahey,
Aankhon mey basaa li humney teri surat kahin....

Aisey bas gaye ho tum merey dil ki gehraii mey,
Tasveer teri saath rakhney ki bhi jarurat nahin....

jindagi ab jeene layak lagne lagi

mehek gayi hai meri jindagi  unke pyaar  se
aur main unke rango mein dhalne  lagi

aane lagi hai jab se aahat unke aane ki
main solah singar karke unki preet main rangane lagi

Is Qader mere khawab tere khayalo ke saath  saj gaye
aaj meri aankho mein ek nayi duniya sajane lagi

Ke baarish ki boond se sondhi mitti ki khushboo mehake jaise,

Ke har ehsaas ko mere panah di ho tumne...

Well...i think its still not understood by many people....!!

You have to just add one line after "Iss qadar chaaha hai tujhe humne" not just in the first sher, but every sher should start from "Iss qadar chaaha hai tujhe humne" and second line of yours, like Gesu has written !!!

Iss Qadar chaaha hai tujhe humne
Kya kabhi tujhe ye chahat maloom hogi ?

Iss Qadar chaaha hai tujhe humne
Mere ishq ki tapish kabhi mehsoos hogi ?]
