I didnt get you here. Sorry! I m not good at understanding what writer's theme is. Can u explain it to me?

I didnt get you here. Sorry! I m not good at understanding what writer's theme is. Can you explain it to me?

when child borns everyone gets happy
but child is not happy as he/she shows his/her emotions by crying

they say i am a bird, a bird with its feathers torn,
i want to fly high, a flight i can never start.
screaming inside and moaning everyday,
how much i wish to fly, none can understand what i want to say.
gasping for breath, living my silent death
that kills me a little, every passing breath,
i am empty inside, full of sorrows and fears.
i'll stay peaceful, i'll stay forever in tears.
