unki baaho me ajeeb sa sansar mila
manga tha khuda se itna pyar mila

dekhti rahu ek tak ban ke chakor
hamko eshe chand ka didar mila

gujar lu tmam umar jiski baaho me
e dil btla kyu itna isko intjar mila

kitni tanha thi zindgi, jo ye pal na tha
khil gaye dil me phul esa khushgubaar mila

koi chedta tha dil se, banke ajnabi
lagta hai besha hi koi hamko dildar mila

mat ched e nesh kahi pagal na ho jau
choti si umido ko esa etabar mila
