Har pal dua karte hain khuda se,
Ki humari bhi umr aapko lag jaaye.
Rehte hain aap kyun itne judaa se
Hum hamesha ke liye tanhai mein na ulajh jaaye.

Subah ki roshni aaj nikal uthi,
lekin kohra sa chha gaya hai kyun.
Tumhare aane ki khabar se phool khil uthe,
darwaza khatkhataya nahi gaya hai kyun!
