Since Yoindia has been changed to its new Avatar, we are daily devoting many hours to tweak the server performance. It took me 0.23 seconds to post a reply.
May be when you tried, server was busy in something else so took long time to serve your request.

About time format, the server works upon EST and we are almost 11 hrs ahead of it. There is a setting in your Profile where you can set time difference to reflect your local time.

To do so you need to goto :
Profile --> Look and Layout Preference --> Look and Layout Preference --> Time Offset .
There give 10.5 and shall work fine.

About Avatar, we are looking into it.

frequently yeh error aa raha hai...back click kar ke phir post karna pad raha hai...

New Yoindia is faster than older Yoindia, it gets slow only when there is a problem or load on server due to some other activities. It happened last night and also 1 day back. At that time Yonidia was slower.
