Jaane kitna dard hai dil mein, Jo ashkon ko mund raha hain
Chupke se rone ke liye, Ghar mein kona dhundh raha hai

Woh apni tanhayee se, awaje wafa ki dene laga hai
Apna dil behlane ko phir se khillonaa dhundh raha hai

Kaatein kaatein neend mein bikhre, lahu luhaan har raat rahi
Yun hi nahi wo deewaana, phoolon ka bichouna dhundh raha hai
