saath jeene ki kasam khaai thi humne kabhi jaana
aaj tum yun humse mar jaane ki baat na kiya karo
maut hal nahi hai kisi bhi cheez ka yahaan par
tum is baat ko zaraa samajhne ki koshish to karo

kya vishwaas nahi tumhe hamaare vishwaas pe aaj
tum fir se zaraa meri baaton pe aetbaar ko karo
yun na kaho mujhe bewafaa, main bewafaa nahi hoon
tum meri wafaa ko zaraa samajhne ki koshish to karo

tum muskuraaogi mujhe rota dekh ke tumhaari maut pe
par tumhaari maut se pehle main khud hi mar jaaunga
jeene ki khwaish hai meri tumhaare saath, marna nahi
tum meri mohabbat ko samajhne ki koshish to karo....
