The Rose

True Love, is like a beautiful rose,
it's what we seek, and want the most.
But be aware of it's dangerous thorns,
for they may cause wounds to be born.

Thorns above, I hearby speak,
are meanful people, for us they seek.
Disguised they are, as if your flower,
to later hurt you, and prove their power.

They'll cut you once, they'll cut you twice,
they'll make you suffer, and pay the price.
Your heart will crumble, and fall to pieces,
for love you thought, were only teases.

All thats left are crying tears,
for now our life is full of fears.
We stand in wonder about our future,
Will we be happy, or full of torture ?

What will we find ourselves tomorrow?
Will it be love or will it be sorrow?
These questions here we'll keep in mind,
as for love we seek, and hope to find.

Some get lucky, and complete this quest,
though many fail, I've heard confess.
I here by wish you all the best,
to find this rose, and in peace thou rest.
