Kitni hai, Kab tak hai aur,
Kyon kar hai, Majbooriyaan..
Kya humsafar woh humsafar,
Jo dil se barte dooriyaan..

Ek Haadsa hai zindagi,
Aur us par tanhaai ki sazaa,
Pal bhar khushi ke liye,
Pehron pehron mayoosiyaan…

Kaagazi hai rishte sabhi,
Kaagaz pe hi ho jaaye dafan,
Ishq ko likhni pade yahan,
Kalamon* se manzooriyaan… 

Laut kar naa aaya woh, 
Ek baar jo gaya tha rooth kar,
Tak-taki baandhe hum,
Khankaate reh gaye chooriyaan…

Zindagi ki umar-kaid se ab,
Nizaad dilwaa de E Khuda,
Latkaati hai yeh roz roz,
Humein nayi nayi si sooliyaan…

bahoot khoob Mahiya!! her ek line kamal ki likhi hai apne... magar yah lines bahoot jayada achi lagi..

aur us pur tanhai ki saza..

kitna dard...main yeh bhee nahi bol sakta ki -aanandit hu-kisi ka dard kisi ke liye aanand na hi ho to accha hai.aapki kavita mehsoos hoti he.
