arey well i m new in yoindia not such atached to it also but in my sense as SD told for the post deleting i think the best way the monitors can do is that they can edit the posting and then make a note below abt that y the topic or reply was edited and if needed moniotors can also pm the author or the replier of the topic

i think this was the best idea monitors can apply without hurting anyone on yoindia with respects

now abt ips well i too support monitors should have ips add as they have to check the posting and see that no one is coming frm diff ips ,, and this makes a place better

about deleting the post i agree with SD bhaiiiii arey do delete the abusive post but atleast the monitors should inform the author for it or should warn him for using harsh or abusives words by PM them

well more the higher authorities knws better then mee
