Shah-e samndar = Samandar k Raja ya Samundar pe raaj karne wala
Ibn-e-haider = Hazrat Ali S.A.W. k beta ..

Also Shahe-Samandar Imne haider is name given Hazrat Imam Hussain Alehissalaam .

Shahe Samundar ik nazar seems to be part of a poetry which saying k Shahe samandar ki ek nazar.. further may be defined in context of that poetry.

All the above explainations are correct. Ricky is right, however, in the context of qawwali, these titles are given to Sufu Haji Ali.

He is called Shah-e-Samandar:

Shah= Ruler i.e. The ruler of sea. It is believed that no matter how turbulent the sea is or how high the tide is, sea water never comes inside the premises of the dargaah.

Ibn-e-Haider: Ibn = Son, Haider= Lion... He is called Ibn-e-Haider to depict his bravery.
