Truly speaking one should ofcourse have everything on tips quite before examination so that you can recall it even at glance right before examination...

Further it remains in your mind for longer time...which help you to have good grip on what you are studying....

How true is to start studying right before the examination??

I think it depends on what kind of mind you have. Some people find it easier to study weeks before and exam, some people find it easier to start studying a couple days before an exam. I think it is the difference between long and short term memory.
I always wait until the last minute. ha ha

mujh se pucho....
...
i study only 3-4 hours before exams
...i'm an average student...n dont care bout my marks at all...all i want it to have loads of experiance and surly secure marks dt look attractive on the mark sheet..!!!

kya pyari hogi jeet use
jisne haar nahi kabhi dekhai hai
dill main kabhi tammana na thi
jeet thi bas ek pal ka fasla
...
puchi dil se uske
aasha dil main jalaye
kasdam kadam jo barta hai
haar usne dekhi hai
par aaj bhi nahi wo hara hai
...
aur rahi exams ke baat
pharee ko sab pujte hai
kitab samne khuli bhi ho to
kya likhe puchte hai
...
kya exams kya parai
humne dhokha bahut dhokha hai
NASA tak haasta hai hum pe
wo to president se tak mila hai
...
nirasha iskadar hoti hai
jo ek ank bhi kam aata hai
marks ke is hor se
humne to tora nata hai
...
jo karte hai dil se karte hai
jo likhte hai dil se likhte hai
experiance se hi bas aab to wasta hai
aap bag lo..yeh bhagdar ke race hai
