yahan bhi meri jaan subah 5.30 baje uthkar khud hi banana padti hai.. par sahi kahun to maja alag hi hai... aur abhi to kismat se khana bhi khud hi banana pad raha hai... akela hoon ghar mein...
so here u folks enjoy some Buttered Baingan Bharta
1 Baingan (Bhata, or that big Brinjal of nearly 400gm)
Ginger (as pr your taste as some poeple dont like it in thier food)
Onion
Tomatoes
Garlic
General Spices in the kitchen
Butter / Ghee
Ab Brinjal lo aur usse 10-15 minute tak bhuno, bina kate ya chhilka utare. Tab tak bhuno jab tak uska chhilka apne aap hi utarne lage.
Jab tak Brinjal Bhune tab tak aap, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Ginger ko Mixer mein grind kar paste bana le.
Jab Baingan Bhun jaye tab uska chhilka utar kar usse acche se mesh kar, mixer mein grind kar le.
Ab kadhai mein Ghee/ Butter jo bhi aapne liya o usse dale aur garm hone par usme rai, jeera, haldi, lal mirchi, Garam Masala dale. Ab ussi mein Jo Tomato-Onion-Garlic-Ginger ka paste hai woh dale aur tab tak fry karein jab tak iska rang thoda brown na ho jaye.
Iske baad aap woh grind kiya hua Brinjal ka paste isme dale aur 10 minute ke liye usse fry kare. ohh haan salt jaroor dale apne taste ke hisab se...(time par yaad a gaya warna bhi koi mujhe gali bakta yahan ki fika bana hai )
Lijiye tayyar hai tasteful Bharta tayyar. uss pa butter ki dali dalein aur mast Garama Garam Chapati ke sath khaye ayr khilaye.
