Folks please share some recipes (easy ones) which might be of some help to all..
From my side, i dont know how to cook.. but wait a moment.. yes.. i know how to cook tea and coffee.. (If you want i can disclose the recipe).. joking.. Well i am sure everybody knows how to make tea and coffee.. its as simple as that...
Do please share some other ideas..

if u want to make pulaoo try following:
take 2 cups of rice
wash and clean them
soak them for 15 mins
cut onion in long thick leaves
cut potatos in long thick fingers
heat pressure cooker with three tabel spoon of cooking oil (except mustard oil)
put one tea spoon of cuminon seeds fry then add onion and potato and fry for 7 mins. now put soaked rice with 2 teaspoons of salt, one teaspoons of red chilli powder, 1.5 teaspoon of garm masala. 0. teaspoon of turmuric powder(halddi).
put 3 cups of water.
close the lid and wait for pressure to build up and after 2nd pressure build up shut the gas supply.
open after 15 mins.
and delicious pulaoo is ready for 4 persons.
serve it with curd and aam ka achaar.

but to best of my knowledge u have to first boil the rice in cooker for frying then in frying pan.
still i will try it on sunday.

hey i loveeeeeee cooking!!!! ive made lotsssssssssss of nice desserts ive made...cakes pastry and even main course!!! heres an easy recipe for butter chicken! i hope ur not veg err...??
4 to 6 leg/thigh pieces shredded Tandoori chicken 2 1/2 cups Tomato puree 2 Tablespoons flour 1/2 cup Heavy Cream or Fat free yogurt 1 teaspoon red chili powder 6 Tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons Sugar Salt to taste fresh cream for garnish Mix the tomato puree, flour and the heavy cream or the yogurt. Heat the butter, till the foam has almost subsided. Stir, now add the red chili powder. Add the chicken and salt. Now add the tomato puree mixture. Mix well. The sauce will start to thicken. Garnish with heavy cream.
it comes out very nice!! do try it!

simple steps to cook Maggi!!!
Step 1: boil one cup of water
Step 2: as soon as ganguly goes for batting, put the noodles in the boiled water and put the tastemaker.
Step 3: stir till ganguly is onfield.
Step 4: As soon as ganguly is back in pavilion, your noodles r ready to eat

it comes out very nice!! do try it! thanks this a new way i used to take raw chicken and used to cook like tandoori in microwave. ths is quicker way.

Looks like u are a very gud cook. Hey Vikas thats a gud idea. Acually i m not much interested in coking. But now i m planning to learn it. and i love biryani (vegetarian). I will surely try it let u know.......
do let me know abt dishes which is not much time consuming but worth it.

abt masala omlett
take to raw eggs 1 small finely shredded onnion 1 table spoonfull of corriender leaves 2 finely chopped green chilly 1/2 tea spoon of milk 1 pinch turmaric powder salt to taste 1/2 tea spoon of garam masala
beat to mix all well in a bowl till the time quantity looks near to double
but the bater in pre heated and oiled frying pan
spread evenly and cook in medium heat.
when cooked from one side change the side i.e upside down.
lower the flame to low.
cook till properly cooked.
garnish with black pepper powder.
serve hot ans steamy.
try and tell me ab't the result.
