if u want to make pulaoo try following:

take 2 cups of rice

wash and clean them

soak them for 15 mins

cut onion in long thick leaves

cut potatos in long thick fingers

heat pressure cooker with three tabel spoon of cooking oil (except mustard oil)

put one tea spoon of cuminon seeds fry then add onion and potato and fry for 7 mins.
now put soaked rice with 2 teaspoons of salt, one teaspoons of red chilli powder, 1.5 teaspoon of garm masala. 0. teaspoon of turmuric powder(halddi).

put 3 cups of water.

close the lid and wait for pressure to build up and after 2nd pressure build up shut the gas supply.

open after 15 mins.

and delicious pulaoo is ready for 4 persons.

serve it with curd and aam ka achaar.
