Chalo..Lets cook something..... !!!! Winking

Doston aap sab ne samose to khaaye hi honge...chaliye hum samoson ko thoda aur delicious banate hain.... !!!! and it just requires 5 min...!! provided aap ke paas samose pehle se maujood hon..... either from market...or home made...!!!!

All you need:

Samose
Curd
Tomotoes
Onions
Green chillies chatni

First mash samose coarsely...so that there are not-so small pieces of them...put them in some medium sized plate.... add finely chopped onions, tomatoes ...mix it... add some fine paste of curd...and in the last add green chillies chatni...mix.....if you want..decorate with chopped hara dhania....!!


The delicious samosa chaat is ready to be served..!!

Doston khaaiyega..aur bataiyega zaroor ki aapko ye samosa chaat kaisa laga :D

OK.... Lets cook Chana masala Winking

So all you need

Kala Chana (Bengal Gram)    1  cup
Oil                                    2  tbsps.
Pure Ghee                                    2  tbsps.
Cumin Seeds (Zeera)                    1  tsp.
Cinnamon   (Dalchini)                   2  inches
Cloves (Laung)               5-6  
Black Cardamoms (Badi ilaaichi)    2-3  
Asafoetida   (heeng)                     1/4  tsp.
Green Chillies (chopped)    3-4  
Yogurt                                    1 1/2  cups
Bengal Gram Flour (besan)    4  tsps.
Coriander Powder (Pisi dhania)    2  tsps.
Red Chilli Powder                    1  tsp.
Turmeric Powder (pisi haldi)         1  tsp.
Garam Masala Powder    1  tsp.
Chaat Masala                    2  tsps.
Salt                                    to taste  
Onions                                    1  medium
Coriander Leaves (chopped)        1  cup

Ok...so here is the method of preparation... :

Soak chana overnight in four cups water.....in the morning drain and add six cups of water and pressure cook....after its cooked ....mash the grams slightly.

Heat ghee and oil in a pan...... add zeera........ when they crackle add the whole garam masala...... fry for one to two minutes.

Add heeng and chopped green chillies...... saute.

Mix yogurt, besan.......one cup water and dry spices ..mis well and add to the whole garam masala in the pan.........Keep stirring till it boils..... Then add the mashed chana along with the water they were boiled in......Add salt according to taste....... Mix well.

Cover and let it cooked for eight to ten minutes at low heat.

Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.....

To doston...banayega....kaafi easy hai preparation...and tell me kaisa bana :D

ok here i go....

hume kuch zayda pakwan nahin aati..lekin shik rahi hu he he...aur kuch aapne pass recipe hai jo aap logon se share karna chahti hu :p

lekin mere pakwan ke bharosa na rehna

MARINATED CHICKEN KABAB



Ingredients
500 gms. skinned, boneless chicken breasts
125 ml. oil
4 tbsp. distilled malt or wine vinegar
4 cloves garlic, pureed
2.5 cm (1 inch) piece fresh root ginger, pureed
1 tsp. garam masala
½ tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. ground black pepper
3 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
salt to taste
500 ml. natural yoghurt
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
a little lemon juice.

METHOD

Cut the chicken into 3.5 cm (1 ½”) cubes.
Mix together the oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, garam masala, coriander, cumin, black pepper, 2 tbsps. of fresh coriander, salt to taste and the yoghurt.
Put this marinade into a dish and stir in the chicken pieces.
Cover and leave for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, in a refrigerator.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto metal or bamboo skewers, leaving a little space in between each piece of chicken.
Place over a hot grill and cook until golden brown.
Baste the chicken occasionally with the remaining marinade.
To serve, mix the onion rings and sprinkle some lemon juice on top just before serving and top with strawberry and mango salad.
Serve hot with Naan bread.

Fish Briyani



Ingredients
2 cups basmati rice, soaked in water for 30 mins
For the bouquet Garni :
10 black pepper corns
2" stick cinnamon
3 brown cardamoms
10 cloves
4 bay leaves, mace, a generous pinch
1 tsp. caraway seeds (shahi jeera)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt.

For the Fish :
1 kg. fish pieces
make a paste with a little water: 2 tbsp. gram flour (besan), 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. lemon juice. (Smear the fish with the paste and keep aside for 30 mins. Wash fish and pat dry).
2 large onions, sliced
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp. green chillies
2 green chillies, chopped
1 ½ tsp. red chilli powder
1 tbsp. coriander powder.

Powdered together :
½ tsp. carum seeds
4 green cardamoms
6 cloves
400 gms. yoghurt
4 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
¾ cup clarified butter (ghee).

METHOD:
Boil the rice in water along with salt, bouquet garni and lemon juice.
Cook till 90% done and drain. Discard the bouquet garni.
Heat ½ cup clarified butter in a pan. Saute bay leaves and fry onions till pink.
Now add the ginger, garlic paste and green chillies. Saute till brown.
Add the coriander and red chilli powder and saute for 15 seconds.
Add the whisked yoghurt and caraway seeds, cardamom and clove powder and cook for 5 mins.
Now slide in the fish pieces and cook for about 5 mins. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle the coriander leaves and 1 tbsp. lemon juice on the fish. Layer the fish on the rice.
Pour the balance melted clarified butter evenly over the rice. Close with a tight lid and seal with dough.
Place the pan on top of a griddle on very low heat and cook for 6-8 mins.

Achaar Aloo aloo my fav yumm yumm :p




Ingredients
Baby potatoes - ½ kg
Onions - 1 ½ cup, sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Curds - 1/2 cup
Oil - 4-5 tbsp
Long yellow or green chillies - 10-15 as per taste
Salt - to taste
Powder the following together
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Kalonji (onion seeds) - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 ½ tsp
Mustard - 2 tsp

METHOD
Boil and peel the potatoes.
Mix with curds, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Keep aside for ½ Hr.
Slit the chillies.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry onions till light brown.
Add the chillies and the potatoes and cook till the liquid dries up. Continue to cook till potatoes are well roasted.
Add the masala powder. Fry for 1 minute. Add ½ cup hot water and simmer for 5 minutes and remove from fire.

Besan Ladu

Ingredients :

Roasted bengal gram dhal (chutney dhal) - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder - little
Broken cashew nuts & melon seeds - as required


Method :

Powder dhal in mixie and pass it through a fine sieve.
Mix it with powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
Fry cashew nuts, melon seeds in ghee and add to the flour.
Melt rest of the ghee in low flame and add it gradually to flour, just enough to form it into balls.
When it is still warm, make lemon sized balls.

Variation:

If you are using besan (bengal gram flour), fry it in melted ghee till good
aroma comes from that. Then mix it with powdered sugar and form laddus.

Cheese and Macroni Cutlets

Ingredients:

Mozzela Cheese 100 Gms
Macroni med size. 100 Gms
Green Onion One med size.
Green Chilli 3 to 4 Nos.
Mint Leave 5 to 10 leaves.
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste, Corn Oil 1 cup
Lemon juice one tea spoonfull
Red Onion small size Chooped
Egg 2 Nos. and bread crumbs.


How to Prepare:

In hot boiling water add macronies and remove it after 2 minuts, Crush Mozella cheeze and add to macronies. choop all other ingrediants and put it in to the mixture of cheese and macronies. make small equal size balls and keep it in the refregerator for about ten minuts. then dip the balls into the shaffeled Eggs and Bread crumbs and fry it in boiling oil for about 1 minute. Till it become golden brown.
