Another Dish for all of u.................RAJMA...............

Ingredients:
 
Rajma  1 cup
Onion 1
Tomato 1  
Green chilli 1
Garlic 4-5
Ginger an inch
Red chilli powder  1 tsp.
Turmeric Powder  1/2 tsp.
Coriander powder  1 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder   1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Salt to taste  
Coriander leaves for garnishing
   
Method:
 
1. Soak rajma in water overnight.
2. Pressure cook rajma until tender. (15 MINS AAPROX.)
3. Cut onion, tomato and green chilli. Grind it in mixie along with ginger and garlic and make paste.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add the paste and fry on medium heat until golden brown (The oil starts separating from the mixture).
5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add water enough to make thick gravy. Bring the gravy to boil.
 
7. Add cooked rajma (along with the water in which it was cooked). Stir well and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
   
  Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve hot.


Preferably eat with Rice.........................yummmmmmmmmmmm

Aaj hum aapko TOMATO SOUP banaana sikhate hain.....

Ingredients:
 
Tomatoes big  2
Onion big  1
Ginger  1 small piece
Salt  as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Corriander leaves 5 strands
Water 4 cups
   
Method:
 
1. First,boil water in a pan.
2. Add tomatoes by cutting it into halves, add big pieces of onion to it. Add ginger piece and allow all three to boil till the tomatoes are easy to peal. Then remove from heat . Allow
it to cool.
3. Remove the ginger piece and remove the outer skin of the tomaotes.
4. Now grind the onion and tomaotes into a thick paste.You may filter it if necessary.
5. Then to the same water used for boiling pour the juice of the above and keep boiling till it thickens.
6. Add pepper ,salt and coriander leaves as per taste and serve hot.
   
  Bread sticks will be good with this.

One easy to cook appetizer for u all................
BREAD ROLLS

Ingredients:
 
Mashed potatoes 1 cup
Chopped onion 1/4 cup
Chopped green chilli 1
Big Bread slices 6
Red chilli powder  1/4 tsp.
Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp.
Garam masala powder  1/4 tsp.
Mango powder 1/4 tsp.
Dry fenugreek leaves  1 tsp.
Salt to taste  
Vegetable oil as required  
   
Method:
 
1. Mix mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, mango powder, fenugreek leaves and salt. Knead to make a smooth dough.
2. Divide this mixture into 6 equal parts.
3. Soak bread slice in water and then squeeze out the water by pressing the bread slice (flat) between the palms.
4. Take one part of the potato mixture and put it in the centre of the bread slice and seal all its edges. Gently roll it between your palms to give it an elongated shape. Ensure that the potato mixture is completely covered with the bread slice.
5. Similarly make all the six bread rolls.
6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan on high. Reduce the heat.
7. Deep fry the bread rolls until golden brown.
   
  Serve hot with chutney or chilli sauce.

Aaj aap sabke liye laaye hain hum mouthwatering..............  
   
 ...................VEGETABLE BIRYANI...........................

Ingredients:
 
Basmati rice  2 cups
Mixed vegetable
(cauliflower, potato, carrot, french beans)  1 cup  
Green peas 150 grams
Thinly sliced onion 3
Thin sliced green chillies 2
Salt to taste  
Red chilli powder  1 tsp.
Cinnamon, caraway seeds  2 tsp.
Cloves  4
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
Tomato 4
Yogurt (curd) 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
Mustard seeds  1/2 tsp.
Dry fruits (cashew nuts,
raisin) 3 tbsp.
   
Method:
 
1. Wash rice well before cooking.Then take rice with 3-3/4 cup water and a little salt added to it and 2 tbsp of dry fruits.Cook it in pressure cooker(wait for one whistle and then switch off the gas). You can also cook it in a pan or do microwave cooking just the same way as you cook ordinary rice.  
2. Cut all the vegetables into small thin pieces and fry each one of it separately in oil. Also fry the green peas.
3. Then fry mustard seeds, green chilli, cinnamon and caraway seeds powder, cloves, black pepper powder for about half minute and then add onions. Fry till the color of onion changes to pink.  
4. Add salt and red chilli powder and stir it properly.  
5. Add fine chopped tomatoes and fry till they are properly cooked.  
6. Next add yogurt (fine) and stir well.Heat it for about 10 seconds.
7. Add all the fried vegetables.  
8. Lastly add the cooked rice and mix well with very light hands so that the rice grain doesn't break. Cook for about 3 minutes.
   
  Keep the vegetable biryani in a serving dish. Decorate with dry fruits and green coriander leaves.  

ENJOY YOINDIANS!!!!!

Chalo aaj fir kuch tasty and easy sa banayaa jaaye.................How about...............MATAR PANEER..........


Ingredients:
 
Paneer 200 grams
Cooked green peas 1 cup
Onion 1
Tomatoes 1
Bay leaves 2
Cloves  3-4
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp.
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp.
Green chilli  1  
Turmeric Powder  1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder  1 tsp.
Coriander powder  1/2 tsp.
Poppey seeds 1 tbsp.
Roasted cumin powder  1 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder   1 tsp
Vegetable oil 5-6
Salt to taste  
Green coriander leaves for garnishing
   
Method:
 
1. Heat oil in a pan / kadhai.
2. Cut paneer into small cubes. Fry over medium heat until light brown. Turn pieces while frying. Be very careful as it splatters. Keep aside the paneer pieces.
3. Cut onion, tomato and green chilli. Grind it in mixie and make paste. Add ginger-garlic paste.
4. Heat remaining oil and fry bay leaves and cloves for 30 secs. Add the paste and fry on medium heat until golden brown (The oil starts separating from the mixture).
5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, poppey seeds and salt. Mix well. Add green peas and fry for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add water just enough to make thick gravy. Bring the gravy to boil.
7. Add paneer pieces. Stir well and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
   
  Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve hot.
