amratsari daal:

take 1 cup of daal - urad dhuli hui
soak this in water for 2 hrs.

for masala you req:
2 tea spoon of garam masala
0.75 tea spoon of red chilly powder
2 table spoon of lime juice
a cup full of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup full of chopped tomato
1/2 tea spoon of haldi powder
2 table spoon of finely chopped green chilly
and fresh dhaniya chopped for garnishing
2 pinch of hing powder
2 table spoon of cooking oil
and salt to taste.

preheat the frying pan and put the 1/4 table spoon of oil and a pinch of hing powder and put drained out pre soaked dal in the pan add some water. put some salt. isko thodi der cahlo. phir cover the frying pan with lid for at least 20 mins.

in the meanwhile take a kharahi put the remaining cooking oil adn heat it when oil is heat put the jeera and hing into it with that also put onoin and tomato and phir isko packkne do till the time the onion get brown, then put balance all masala's and with the help of karchi mix it well.

the daal which is ready in the frying pan has to be drained off with the remaining water content.

put the daal in the karahi nad mix well with added salt and lime juice.

mix it well for about 2 mins till it is well mixed.

cover the lid for 5 mins and switch off the gas.

serve with dhania leaves garnished hot and steaming.

enjoy.

take a lemon and squeez its juice in a glass.

put the watter some ice cubes and put tera spoon of sugar and pinch of salt.

mix well and sip while watching afridi batting. on sunday

ok.guys.........its tim for FROOTIIIIIIIIIIIII......

1.25 kg MANGOES........but....take very good quality mangoes(Safeda aam of high quality)........
1/2 litre water....
1/2 kg Sugar........
Citric acid

Method:By pressing each mango softly with hands........make them very soft....(we say it guda ban jaayee..lol)

Take water ...put sugar.....n heat till all sugar melts(no need to boil the water).keep it cool n put citric acid in it.

Now put out mangoes in this sweet water.mash it using blender..........
filter this into bottle.
And frooti is readyyyyyyyyyyyyy.......

how to make healthy drink.........

take a glass of water.......add few ice cubes......and have it atleast 2 litre daily.........a very good health drink........easy to make.....

ok i am telling u another health drink ...easy to make.....no chemical flavours ....made from Unripe Mango(Green waala ...kachhaa aam)

AAM PANNA......

Ingredients:

Ripe mangoes...1.25 kg (approx)
Sugar...1/2 kg
Water...1/2 litre
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil Mangoes.Take out pulp in the container...mash it with Blender.

Make sweet water(chaashni).when it get cool...jus add the mashed pulp in it.....keep in fridge.

And the drink is ready.

Add salt according to taste...only when u serve urself or to ur guests.....

hi .....i`m here w a ver good dish.....

it is called....COCKTAIL SALAD

take one tomato,one potato,one onion,one kheera,one orange,one apple,one amrood,one angoor....ok u can take two also...one piece of rasgulla...one burfi, one gulab jaamun.......enough.....then grind it in a grinder ...after that make its laddo.......n then dry the laddo in microwave and cut in pieces ........ur delcious COCKTAIL SALAD is ready............then serve it to others ....coz u can`t have it...........LOL

Hey Yoindians..............

Here is the recipe of COLD COFFEE for u all in this boiling weather...........

milk - 2 cups
honey - 1 tsp
coffee - 2 tsp
ice cream (vanilla or coffee flavour preferred) - 4 tbsp
cream - 2 tbsp
ice cubes - 2 to 3 cubes

Method:-

First put ice cubes in the jar of the blender.

Then add coffee, milk, honey, cream and 2 tbsp of ice cream.

Blend it in the mixer nicely.

Pour it in tall glasses with stem spoon and stirrer.

At last put the ice cream on the top when u serve.

Now Chill................
