Money ::: State bank :: wrong ??

HI guys. i visited this forum a few days ago now i m here again with my one point..
Few times ago State bank of India passed a rule that no one is now going to staple the money. But still i m getting lots of money directly from the bank which is stapled.
This makes the currency look so ugly and untidy.
Now can any one tell me where should i complain about this .. easily and securily ??

I love my Country!!  :lol:

u may complain bout the bank to the RBI at ur city or the SBI
