Salamalikum!

Ramadan hai doston, ghar par roz roz ifthar aur suhoor mein naye naye mazeydar pakwan toh bante hongey! Kyon na hum sab apne apne recipes share karein taki kuch variety miley?

Aaj thoda time mila, toh socha kuch naya dhoondo net par iftar ke liye, par sabse acha  tareeka hai agar hum apni ghar ki TESTED and APPROVED recipes try karein!

I hope humare musalman bhai behen yahan apni traditional recipes share karengey..aur i hope humarey non musalman dost bhi yahan kuch healthy aur tasty snacks contribute karengey! Winking

I'll start with a very famous pakora recipe jo humarey dinner table par na ho toh sabko bechaini hoti hai =P

Chicken Pakoray

1 chicken breat [minced thoroughly
2 tbsp soya
 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp crushd red chili
1tsp jeera pwd
1tsp pepper
1/2 cup gram flour
1 egg
1tsp baking soda
1/4 cup corn flour
3-4 chilies
oil

1. Take a mixing bowl, and mix chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, red chili, black pepper, soya sauce, salt and cumin.

2. In another bowl, make a smooth batter of graham flour, corn flour, egg, baking soda and pinch of salt. The batter should be thick like any cake batter and if required add water into it.

3. Now mix marinated chicken into the batter and add coriander leaves and green chilies to make a batter for pakora.

4. In a deep frying pan, preheat oil to moderate temperature and then using large spoon or using your hands (as per convenience) pour the batter into the oil in the form of small circles and fry them on medium heat.

Ek aur compulsion hai iftar table par..woh hai


Fruit chaat

Bohot hi easy, Just chop all the fruits you have at home, apples, pears, oranges, pineapple, bananas, grapes, melon etc. Pomegranate is a great addition. Add a tsp each of lemon juice, orange juice, chaat masala, sugar and lil salt. Mix well and serve!

atleast Lemon Juice or Orange Juice toh banana aata na... Ready made Dates lao aur juice pilado....  tongue3
