Whispers he loves me
I can't tell a lie
I try to ignore him
Perhaps I'm too shy

How do I acknowledge
These words that I hear
My heart wants to join in
I do feel sincere

Pretend that I'm busy
Not looking his way
My thoughts are so joyful
But can't seem to say

I know that he loves me
And I love him too
Just give me a moment
I'll say what is true

My love for you endless
As heart skips a beat
Reaching to hold you
Will make life complete

I think that he knows this
Our souls are entwined
Hears what my heart says
In beats of pure rhyme....
