My Affections For You !

'My affections for you,
And your person,
Surprisingly quite sincere,
Are galloping fast and faster:
Beyond all proportions,
To reckon with!
Almost sky-rocketing!!
Rocketing higher and higher:
With the passage of time:
Day and night,
Incessantly!

I know not,
What's in the offing?
 - In the offing,
For me,
 - And my person alike!

It may, quite possibly,
Kill me, emotionally, fast;
Or render me palsied,
Like a crippled soul;
That's torn into pieces!
 - Yes, into pieces many!!

I, really, know not,
What shall follow the forth-coming dawn?
 - When this night melts,
Into the red-gold purples!
I'm waiting every moment,
Day and night!
Almost ceaselessly!!
With these sleepy days,
And, then these sleepless nights;
Now, even my sleep evades me!

I know not what to do:
If, she keeps on teasing for ever, and ever?
