ON ST. VALENTINE’S DAY EVE

I want you in entirety, not in part!
Look at me with that angle, my sweet heart!

I don’t know, what one calls it; by what name!
Its some thing else .Yes, it's not just a game!

What makes the stars so lovely, and so sweet?
What makes a night so fondling, blithe upbeat?

Why counterpart turns angel, sprite-smart?
Why twined creepers stay twined, want not to part?

It's nothing else but love! Its love! Pure love!
Look at me with that angle, my sweet dove!

Those milky worlds are rendezvous forlorn!
But we will rise for love, when it's wet morn!

That morn which turns blood – red for VALENTINE!
That martyr, yet, pours, in rose buds red wine!

We’ll then exchange those rose - buds, and our hearts!
Our want be for entirety, not for parts!

This is really your very nice creation Abd Sahab. Gustakhi ki muaafi chahta hun ke maine ise kisi aur ki poem samajhkar Poetry Launge mein move kar diya tha. Maine abhi aapka reply padha to pata chalaa ke aap English, Hindi and Urdu mein difference pen names se likhte hain. Pahle main samjha tha ke G.R.Prakash ki poem aapne share ki hai lekin wo to aap khud hi hain. Sorry for this act. Ab ise  Shairy-e-Dost (Friendship Poetry) > English mein move kar diya hai. Thanks.
