VICTORIA IN DRAGNET

‘VICTORIA’ IN DRAGNET'

for

(an internet colleague suffering from cancer)

pages after pages
life are turning
victoria!!!
we're equally burning.
feeling very sad and wet
to read and hear you
in dragnet,
but
we appreciate
your strong will power
being showered by
god's grace
and
devine power.
you may be thinking
on the cross roads,
we are here
to bear all the loads.
life isn't
a bed of roses;
everybody here wants
your beautiful appearance
at every moment
as our web family member,
to keep away from slumber.
this poem is
not to please you,
but to keep us
to admire you.
i, personally,
hardly know you
but my mind
don't accept it
and
want to tell you
to stand erect
like a rock
to kick away
this unwanted block,
and come like
a dew
on the petals of eyes
to sooth inner burning
of heart and mind,
in every kind.
