You said you wouldn't do it,
You said I Promise.
You made me trust you,
And I did.

But right before it happened,
I knew something was wrong.
I knew you were going to do it anyway,
And I couldn't stop you.

After it happened,
You said you were really sorry.
That you felt horrible,
That you should not have done it.

I told you it's OK,
I accepted it.
But for how long do I have to do that?
When do I know if you're gonna break another promise?

I thought you understood why I didn't want you to go,
I thought you knew how much I hate it.
But I didn't want to see you sad,
So I let you go, Enjoy, I said.

Aren't you old enough to think before you make a move?
Aren't you too young to do it?
I think you can,
'Cause, for some reason, I still trust you.

I should be really mad at you, right?
But I still love you.
And if you really love me,
Please stop with that.

And don't break another promise.
