Your essence shall linger...

No matter how close, no matter how far,
Your essence will surround me,
As close as the gardens, or as distant as a star,
Your essence lingers... All around me.

I may not see you for months at times, sometimes I dream of you each night,
You essence is, however, felt to be there,
You slip in and out of my every thought, but since your smile remains in sight,
Your essence lingers... Everywhere!

This long distance connection remains strong between us, though this is rare,
Your essence is the proof of the compatibility we share,
Your gentle nature cures my wounds, and when I feel alone, shows how much you care,
Your essence shadows me.... For I always feel you there!!!!!

Your essence lingers.... Everywhere!
