Chup chup ke shigafon say 

Ek baar hi jee bhar k saza Q nahi detay? 
Gar harf-e-ghalat hoon to mita Q nahi detay?   

Saya hoon to phir sath na rakhnay ka sabab kya?
Pathar hoon to rstay say hata Q nahi detay?   

Raah-zan ho to phir shoq se looto meri dunya,   
Rehbar ho to phir ghar ka pata Q nahi detay?   

Ab shiddat-e-armaan say mera dam ghutnay laga ha,
Tum reshmi zulfon ki hawa Q nahi detay?   

Chup chup ke shigafon say mujhay yoon to na jhaanko,
Tum raah ke deewar gira Q nahi detay?
