Mujhape ilzaam-e-bewafai hai,
Ai muhabbat teri duhai hai.

Usne thani hai zulm dhane ki
mujh me himmat hai gam uthane ki
Khush ho, ai dil tujhe mitane ki,
mitane kiaaj usane qasam to khai hai.

Tu hua dil se kab juda
kah demujhase kyun ho gaya khafa
Kah detu hi insaf se zara kah de,
zara kah dekisne shart-e-wafa bhulai hai.

Hai gawara tera sitam mujh ko
har jafa hai teri karam mujh ko
jaan jaae, nahi hai gam mujh ko
jab muhabbat pe baat aai hai
