Akhiri waqt jab ata hai
saya bhi gair ho jata hai

Darpan se darta hai kyun
wahi to hai jo dikhata hai

Tanha sa ye man ka panchi
Door kahin udh jata hai

ye baarish ka pahla pani
Bachpan yaad dilata hai

dhundli se in aankhon mein
Har manzar samne ata hai

yaadon ka ye kafila
bas chalta hi jata hai

Har raah har ek mod par
Koi sathi bichada jata hai

kidki ke tute sheeshe se
suraj roz chidata hai

Budha sa ye dil mera bas
mand mand muskata hai

Hasrat ka ye khara pani
kiski pyaas bujhata hai

Jism ka kapda milta yahan
Aur yahin utara jata hai

Maa ki lori maa ka aanchal
ab mujhko paas bulata hai
