MOHABBAT ANQAA NAHIN (Revised)

Daehr mein yeh mohabbat anqaa nahin
      Ek wafaa hee mehdoom ho aisaa nahin

Baaton hee naa taal mujhe jaan-e-man
    Aaj main peeun hee nahin waisaa nahin

Meree balin par aaj yeh majmaa kaisaa
    Abhi to meraa haal kuchh waisaa nahin

Humin se aisee berukhee yeh kyun ho
   Kyaa yeh bhi teree chaahat jaisaa nahin

Chalo rehne bhi do yeh baat chahne kee
    Kaash hotaa waisaa par par aisaa nahin

Teraa daehr itnee rasmon bharaa kyun
   Meraa daehr koi tere daehr jaisaa nahin

Kaise ho aur kahan raho ho tumh aajkal
  Kabhi haal hee poochaa ho waisaa nahin

Saath humaare kyun kar guzartee thee
    Kahin kabhi sunaa hee ho waisaa nahin

Jo bhi hogaa din-e-hasher dekh lein ge
   Khuda kaisaa hai button ke jaisaa nahin

MohaN gar daad bhi naa milee koi tujhe
    Dekh khuda hee tu aise ko taisaa nahin

Daehr = jahan; Anqaa = daraj; law;
Mehdoom = destroyed; demolished;  
Balin = head side of tomb stone;
Majmaa = gathering;
