हमसे ये नुकसान उठना मुश्क़िल है
दिल तुम्हें जुदा कर पाना मुश्क़िल है

हो जाएँ शुरू गर सिलसिले जुदाई के
ऐसे में खुद को हंसाना मुश्क़िल है

छोड़कर महफ़िल तेरी जाएँ भला कहाँ
यूँ बिजलियों से दिल बचाना मुश्क़िल है

भर दिए वहाँ भी रंग हुनर ने तुम्हारे
जिस ख़ला की तस्वीर बनाना मुश्क़िल है

गुल खिला है इस बगिया में क़िस्मत से
अच्छे लोगों का मिल जाना मुश्क़िल है

हंस के नादानी करते हो मुआफ़ मेरी
दुनियाँ में ऐसा दोस्ताना मुश्क़िल है
