Plagiarism

Hi people,
        My name is Prateek Singh and I write ghazals under the takhallus Khayal.  I am not a professional, but have been writing for quite some time now. A freind just told me about these forums and said that he saw at least three of my ghazals, posted by someone after changing the takhallus in the maqta.
        Friends,  even though their are no intellectual property laws governgin this, but out of respect for anyone who has used his/her creativity to produce an original peice, please dont do this. Posting someone's creation is not at all wrong, but taking credit for it most definitely is.  
        I am sure the member who posted the ghazals did not think of it to this extent.  Please dont plagiarise.  Its takes credit away from where its due and also misleads the audiance.
