Sham o sehar jinki yaad me hum tadapte hain
Koi yeh bataye kya woh bhi hame yaad karte hain

Unko chaha hai ab mumkin nahin unhe bhulana
Goom unke khayalon me rehkar bas unhe hi sochte hain

Haal e dil ab hamara kaise sunaye unhe jaakar
Jo woh naheen hamare saath toh hum kitna rote hain

woh naheen samajhte hamare pyaar aur dard ko
Sach hai ki hum shiddath se unhe hi yaad karte hain
