Glass mein sarab, sarab me uski tasveer najar aati hai
 peeye bager raha nahi jata,
 peeta hu to uski tasveer khone se derta hu,




roya hon to zara dil ko karar mila hai
is jahan main kise sacha piyar mila hai

gozar rahi hai zindagi imttihaan ke dor se
ek khatam hoa to dosraa tayar mila hai

mere daman ko khushio ka nahi malal
gham ka khazana jo beshumar mila hai

wo khusnaseeb hain jinhein mehboob mil gaya,
main khush naseeb hon mujhe intzaar mila hai,

gham nahi hai mujh ko dhusman hoa zamana,
jo dost aaj hathon main talwar liye mila hai,
