Chhup gayee meri chandaniya
Na jaane kya baat ho gayee
meine din mein bulaya
fir kyun raat ho gayee .... meine din mein..
   Bilkul nidar hai, zara bhi na darti
   raat mein akele milne ko kehti
   usko kitna samjhaya, sab bekaar ho gaya
   meine din mein bulaya, fir kyun raat ho gayee
Road pe chalti wo haath pakad ke
Sabse wo rehti bilkul akad ke
Jaane kaise wo mujhpe jaan nisaar kar gayee
meine din mein bulaya, fir kyun raat ho gayee
   Uska jo baapu, lage koi daaku
   apne baap ka mujh pe dhauns jamaaye
   apni baato ko mujhe darwa ke manwaaey
   meine jo din mein bulaya, wo inkaar kar gayee
   Mere sapno ko bilkul chakna-choor kar gayee... meine din mein
