                na mila kuch bhi mujhe viraasat mein,
                andaaz-e-dushmani seekha hai doston ki sohbat mein,

                wajood 'dhoke'ka lagta hai haseen bahut,
                dikhti nahin 'chamak'aaj sharaafat mein,

                hotaa hai pamaal 'husn'sareh raah aaj,
                badall khud ki adaa ko nahin kuch nazaaqat mein,

               pahunchi hai 'mehngaai' dekho aasmaan pe aaj,
               kar buland khud ko rakha kya hai giraawat mein,

               satayaa khoob tujhe  MARHOOM   jab apno ne........!
               milegaa kya phir padoseeon se adaawat mein..!!
