                         dil - o - dimaag  ko  tazaa hawaa chaahiye!
                         mareez ko nahin, maraz ko  dawaa chaahiye!!

                         khoraaq  mohabbat  kii  hai mushkil  badii!
                         pal-pal hii  isey waadaa-o- wafaa chaahiye!

                         hoo.n  insaa.n  main  koii shajar to nahin!
                         badlii  huii hameshaa aab-o-hawaa chaahiye!

                         ilaaj zakhmo.n  kaa  huaa moqammal be-shak!
                         dard -e -dil  ko  bhii  to shafaa chaahiye!

                         chhupataa  rahaa  libaas jism ko hamaarey !
                         asmat  ke   liye  bhii  ek  ridaa chaahiye!

                         bekhudii  mein  hii  khaamosh hai zindagii!
                         nashaa chaahiye, nashaa baa-mazaa chaahiye!!
