aan, baan aur shaan
aaj, insaano ki pehcaan

ladkhdaate kadam, bikhrte riste
ghar nahi, hain sirf makaan

fareibee chehre, jhoothi asliyat nir
soye zazbaat, roye yahan muskaan

sukh ki chah, hui gamo ki aahat
kilkaari ki goonj, hue sab hairaan

na parkhe, na dekhe koi
rahte sab, haqikat se anjaan
