Bas..ik yeh raat hai aur kuch unsuljhe jazbaat hai
Dekho aaj meri phir ansuon se mulakat hai
Bas..ik yeh raat hai...

Guzarte waqt ki lehron ko thama hai kisne
Mausam ke badalte chehron ko jana hai kisne
Sab kuch luta ke bhi hume tohmat mili bewafai ki
Kuch khamosh aahein hain...kuch roothe hue khayalaat hai
Aur bas..ik yeh raat hai...

Ek lamha thehra hua hai..kadam badhata hi nahi hai
Roshni ko ghere hua hai..yeh andhera jata hi nahi hai
Toot ke bikhar chuka ab aashiyana mere khwabon ka
Kise sunaun apni dastaan...ki sabhi dil ke zakhmi halaat hai
Aur bas..ik yeh raat hai..
