roya hoo,n bohat aaj hasne ke baad,
mili gamo,n kee be-shumaar sougaat,

kab say  patjhad chaya tha dil main,
aankho,n say ashko,n ki hui barsaat,

tookdo main batt gayi zindagi saari,
pal main nashaad  ho gayi meri zaat,

chain o sukoon kho gaya kahi,n mera,
tadpaane  lagee hai  abb tanha raat,

saanson se tod dunga aaj sare rishte,
karni hai mujhko  mout se  mulaaqaat,
